Today the Rajya Sabha proceedings had to be adjourned 3 times in an hour. Opposition MPs demanded that they should be given a chance to discuss under Rule 267. Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh said that discussion is not possible without his consent.
Apart from this, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary once again raised the issue of China in the Lok Sabha.
