देश के नामी पहलवान भारतीय कुश्ती महासंघ (WFI) के प्रमुख बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर दिल्ली में धरने पर बैठके हैं. इसी बीच शनिवार (6 मई) को एबीपी न्यूज़ की टीम ने जंतर मंतर पर जाकर पहलवानों से एक्सक्लूसिव बातचीत की. पहलवानों ने एबीपी के प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस शो में कहा कि ये बहुत दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि हमें यहां बैठना पड़ रहा है. क्योंकि कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही. ओलंपिक पदक विजेता पहलवान साक्षी मलिक ने कहा कि पुलिसवालों ने हमारे साथ बुरा बर्ताव किया है. हम बस न्याय की उम्मीद में यहां बैठे हैं और जब तक न्याय नहीं मिल जाता तब तक यहीं बैठे रहेंगे. पहलवान विनेश फोगाट ने कहा कि हमें देश से जो प्यार मिला उसके लिए हम शुक्रगुजार हैं, लेकिन हमें यहां बैठने के लिए मजबूर किया गया है. लोगों को समझना चाहिए कि इतने बड़े खिलाड़ी अगर कुछ नहीं हुआ होता तो इस तरह से धरने पर नहीं बैठते.
