Delhi High Court heard the plea filed by Arvind Kejriwal, challenging his arrest in Delhi liquor policy money laundering case. Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma heard the case. ED said that Kejriwal is accused as he was ‘aware of the whole conspiracy’. ED also said that the Delhi CM is not morally eligible to challenge the arrest as he did not oppose the judicial custody in the rouse avenue court. On the other hand, Delhi Rouse Avenue Court heard on the charge sheet filed by ED in Delhi Jal Board case.
