In a major crackdown ahead of New Year celebrations, the South East District Police of Delhi conducted Operation Aaghat 3.0 on 26 December. Police has arrested 285 criminals under the Excise, NDPS, and Gambling Acts, while taking preventive action against 504 individuals and apprehending 116 miscreants, along with 10 property offenders and 5 auto-lifters.Operation Aaghat is a special enforcement drive launched by the Delhi Police, with a major focus on the South-East district, to crack down on organized crime and habitual offenders.
