“कभी-कभी एक छोटी सी दरार भी बड़े महल को हिलाकर रख देती है।
पाकिस्तान, जो 1947 सैंतालीस में बना, हमेशा से राजनीतिक और सामाजिक दरारों से जूझता रहा है। लेकिन 8 फरवरी 2026 ने यह साबित कर दिया कि ये दरारें अब और गहरी होती जा रही हैं।
बलूच राष्ट्रवादी नेताओं ने ‘बलूचिस्तान लिबरेशन चार्टर’ पेश किया वो भी एक अंतरिम संविधान की तरह। और इस कदम ने सीधे इस्लामाबाद और रावलपिंडी तक हलचल पैदा कर के रख दी है. दरअसल इस चार्टर में साफ़ कहा गया है कि बलूचिस्तान एक स्वतंत्र, लोकतांत्रिक और धर्मनिरपेक्ष राज्य होगा। राजनीति और धर्म अलग होंगे। और आपको हम बता दें कि यही वोबिंदु है, जहाँ पाकिस्तान की नींव पर सवाल उठता है, क्योंकि यह देश ‘दो राष्ट्र सिद्धांत’ के नाम पर बना था।
बलूच नेताओं का कहना है कि उनके प्रांत के संसाधनों — गैस, तांबा, सोना और ग्वादर पोर्ट — का लाभ स्थानीय जनता तक कभी नहीं पहुंचा। नया चार्टर साफ कहता है कि इन संसाधनों पर पहला अधिकार बलूच जनता का होगा।
सबसे बड़ा बदलाव यह है कि प्रस्तावित संविधान हिंदू, सिख और ईसाई समुदाय को समान अधिकार और धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता देता है। पूजा की आज़ादी, नागरिक अधिकारों में बराबरी — यह उस पाकिस्तान के माहौल के बिल्कुल उलट है, जहाँ अल्पसंख्यकों की सुरक्षा हमेशा सवालों में रही है।

Baloch nationalist leaders introduced the “Balochistan Liberation Charter,” a form of interim constitution. This move has created a stir in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This charter clearly states that Balochistan will be an independent, democratic, and secular state. Politics and religion will be separate. And let us tell you that this is the point where the very foundation of Pakistan is questioned, as the country was created in the name of the “two-nation theory.”
Baloch leaders say that the benefits of their province’s resources—gas, copper, gold, and Gwadar Port—have never reached the local people. The new charter clearly states that the Baloch people will have first rights to these resources.
The biggest change is that The proposed constitution grants equal rights and religious freedom to Hindu, Sikh, and Christian communities. Freedom of worship, equality in civil liberties—this is a stark contrast to the environment in Pakistan, where the safety of minorities has always been in question.
