Senior Advocate and Congress MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi strongly reacted to the issue of government formation in Tamil Nadu, saying the Governor should invite the single largest party to form the government.
Speaking in Delhi, Singhvi said constitutional traditions, legal precedents, and democratic norms clearly support inviting the largest party first, especially when no other alliance has staked a claim. He also questioned the delay and called the situation “condemnable.”
