In solidarity with Navjot Singh Sidhu, Razia Sultana resigned as Punjab cabinet minister on Tuesday, days after taking oath as legislator.
In her resignation letter, she says that her decision to resign as a cabinet minister is “in solidarity with Navjot Singh Sidhu”.
“Across the state, I will continue to work for the party as a worker in the best interest of Punjab,” the letter read.
Speaking to the media, Razia Sultana said on Tuesday, “Sidhu Sahab is a man of principles. He is fighting for Punjab and Punjabiyat.”
