3. Those who consume up to 100 units of electricity will get 50 units free
4. A grant of Rs.3 per unit will be given up to 150 units of consumption.
5. The limit of Chirinjeevi scheme has been increased to one lakh, cochlear implant, organ trans plant will also be free of cost. The right given to the collector in Chiranjeevi Yojana, even without a card, the eligible person will get free treatment.
6. OPD-IPD completely free in government hospitals, full treatment will be available in government hospitals without paying, families involved in Chiranjeevi Yojana will get 5 lakh accident insurance.
7. New Nursing Colleges will be opened in 18 districts, Nursing College work is going on in 7 districts, 100 crore provision for expansion of facilities in hospitals, PG hostels will be constructed in Medical College in Kota-Bikaner, in 4 districts Institute of Neuro Science will be opened.
8. Upgraded all secondary schools in the state to senior secondary schools, Mahatma Gandhi schools will be opened in 1200 villages with population of more than 5000, separate cadre of English medium teachers will be formed.
9. REET exam will be held in July 2022. No application fee will be charged from old candidates. Anti-copying unit will be formed in SOG to stop copying. Recruitment is under process for 1 lakh 35 thousand posts. There will be new recruitment on one lakh posts.
10. Divyang people will be given 5 thousand scooty
11. Meritorious girl students will be given 20 thousand scooties to be increased from 13 thousand.
12. Indira Gandhi Matritva Yojana will be implemented in the entire state, maternity will get 6000 rupees in this scheme
13. Pension amount from 1500 to 2500 in Palhar Yojana
14. Smart phones to women of one crore 33 lakh Chiranjeevi families
15. The old pension scheme will be implemented again in the state, appointments after January 1, 2004 will also be available, ten thousand new home guards will be recruited in the state.
16. Small and marginal farmers will get seeds free of cost. In the next 2 years, 50 thousand farmers will be benefited by this. 30 crore budget approved for free seeds. 3 lakh livestock farmers will provide fodder seeds to the farmers.
17. Rajasthan Crop Protection Mission will start. Scheme started for protection from stray animals. A grant of 100 crores will be given for wirebandi.
18. 5 thousand rupees will be given every year to buy agricultural plants, agriculture technology mission will be started in Rajasthan, 7 thousand farmers will get a grant of 150 crores on agricultural plants.
19. Testing labs will be set up for export of agricultural products. 5 thousand farmers will get a grant of 44 crores for onion storage.
