Ex-journalist and RTI Activist Saket Gokhale claimed that a firm who is owned by the national convener of IT Cell of BJYM did poll advertisements for Maharashtra state election commission during Maharashtra election 2019. ECI has said to look into the matter, however, Devang Dave has said that the allegation is false ad is an attempt to defame him.
