This is the very first episode of Aarvam. Aarvam is actually a tamil word which means curiosity, in hindi it is called utsukta. In this segment Saurabh Dwivedi discusses with Akshita Nandagopal over a cup of coffee, about the big news of south indian states- Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala. News about culture, literature, politics, cinema and society of these south indian states will be discussed in this segment by now. In this episode Saurabh and Akshhita discusses about the Lucknow’s new Lulu Mall and its connection with south. The second big news discussed in this episode was about the allegations on actor Dileep related with . the malyalam actress. Retired DGP Srilekha says Dileep is innocent, a new debate over this has been started. Maniratnam is coming up with a big budget movie PS-1. It is about Chola Dynasty. People are hoping a new record. KCR’s comment on Modi, Jagan Mohan Reddy’s new roll in his party’s politics are also discussed. Besides this Akshita also discussed about a good place for tourism.
