In this edition of Tarikh, Nikhil narrates the story of the Firozabad rail Disaster which occurred on 20 August 1995. Kalindi express and Purushottam express collided at near Firozabad on the Delhi- Kanpur section of Northern Railway. The accident happened late in the night when all of the passengers were asleep. Around 400 people died and similar number of people injured in this accident. It is the second biggest train accident in Indian History. Watch Complete video to know more.
