BJP MP from Bihar, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, has been elected as the Secretary of the Constitution Club of India, defeating his party colleague and former MP Sanjeev Balyan. The prestigious club, meant for sitting and former Members of Parliament, holds elections every five years. This time, over 700 members cast their votes.
