Cloudburst occurred in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir. Many people were caught in the water and debris coming from the mountain. At least 12 people are feared dead in the accident. The cloudburst incident took place in Chashoti village of Paddar sub-division in Kishtwar district. Chashoti is the starting point of the Machail Mata Mandir Yatra. Many people gathered here for the religious pilgrimage were swept away. Relief and rescue work has been started. Local people are engaged in helping.
