अफगानिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री अमीर खान मुत्ताकी अपने छह दिनों के भारत दौरे पर नई दिल्ली पहुंच गए हैं.. तालिबान के अफगानिस्तान की सत्ता में आने के बाद ये पहली बार है कि कोई अफगान विदेश मंत्री ने भारत का दौरा किया है.. उनके इस दौरे से पाकिस्तान बुरी तरह फड़फड़ाया हुआ है..इसके पीछे की क्या वजह हैं वो भी आपको बताऊंगा.. लेकिन सबसे बात करते हैं कि अमीर खान के भारत पहुंचते ही तालिबान का क्या बड़ा बयान सामने आया है..दरअसल तालिबान के अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता सुहैल शाहीन ने भारत को भरोसा दिलाया कि अफगानिस्तान की जमीन का इस्तेमाल कभी भी भारत के खिलाफ नहीं किया जाएगा… साथ ही उन्होंने भारत से तालिबान सरकार की औपचारिक मान्यता देने की भी अपील की है.
