UP Diwas 2026: पूरे प्रदेश में आज उत्तर प्रदेश का स्थापना दिवस मनाया जा रहा है. आज ही के दिन यानी 24 जनवरी 1950 को उत्तर प्रदेश का गठन किया गया. साल 2000 तक उत्तराखंड भी यूपी का ही हिस्सा था. 2000 में यूपी के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों को अलग करके नए राज्य का दर्जा दे दिया गया था. कुमाऊं और गढ़वाल के इस इलाके को उत्तरांचल कहा गया, जो बाद में उत्तराखंड कहलाया. आज इस खास मौके पर राष्ट्रपति से लेकर पीएम मोदी ने तक बधाई दी.
UP Day 2026: Uttar Pradesh Foundation Day is being celebrated across the state today. Uttar Pradesh was formed on this day, January 24, 1950. Until 2000, Uttarakhand was also a part of Uttar Pradesh. In 2000, the hilly regions of UP were separated and granted the status of a new state. This region, comprising Kumaon and Garhwal, was initially called Uttaranchal, which was later renamed Uttarakhand. On this special occasion, greetings have been extended by everyone from the President to Prime Minister Modi.
