Pulwama terror attack mastermind Hamza Burhan, also known as Arjumand Gulzar Dar and “Doctor,” was reportedly shot dead by unknown gunmen in Muzaffarabad, Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Hamza, a commander of the terror group Al-Badr, was on India’s most-wanted terrorists list and had been declared a terrorist under UAPA in 2022. He was accused of recruiting Kashmiri youth into terror outfits, arranging terror funding, and playing a role in attacks including the 2019 Pulwama terror attack. Authorities are still searching for the attackers behind his killing.
