To prevent further irregularities, unprecedented security measures are in place across examination centres. In Srinagar, a three-tier security system involving the police, paramilitary forces like the Sashastra Seema Bal, and the air force has been deployed across 124 centres. Similarly, centres in Bengaluru are equipped with CCTV cameras and jammers, with strict frisking protocols enforced. The heightened security aims to restore faith, especially in regions like Jammu and Kashmir, which have witnessed previous recruitment scams. Meanwhile, students and parents shared their experiences regarding the stress and disappointment caused by the previous paper leak. Despite the anxiety of revising and appearing for the test again, candidates hope the government ensures a transparent, fair, and secure examination process this time.
