देश के कई हिस्सों में मानसून ने इस समय तबाही मचाई है। जगह-जगह पर भारी बारिश का दौर लगातार जारी है और इन सबके बीच सबसे ज्यादा तबाही गुजरात के कुछ शहरों में देखने को मिली। जहां पर मूसलाधार बारिश से जनजीवन बुरी तरीके से प्रभावित होता नजर आया है। इन सबके बीच सूरत में आसमानी आफत ने ऐसा कहर ढाया कि सड़कें दरिया बन गई। कई फीट तक सड़कों पर पानी जमा हुआ। गाड़ियों की रफ्तार थमी हुई है। इन सबके बीच कई गाड़ियां सड़कों पर फंसी हुई हैं।
