A Zepto warehouse in Bengaluru was sealed after officials found unhygienic food handling, improper labelling and storage violations. In Mumbai, the licence of a Blinkit facility was suspended after inspections reportedly found cockroach infestation, expired food, damaged products and poor storage conditions. Meanwhile, a Reliance Retail outlet in Maharashtra faced action after a complaint over larvae in packaged kaju katli. Karnataka’s Indira Canteens also faced food safety violations.
