कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी आय से अधिक संपत्ति के आरोप वाले मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंचे है.इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों को उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है. दरअसल हाईकोर्ट ने आय से अधिक संपत्ति के आरोपों के केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) से सत्यापन के निर्देश दिए थे. कांग्रेस नेता ने हाई कोर्ट के इस आदेश को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है. अदालत मामले पर 17 अगस्त को सुनवाई करेगी.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has approached the Supreme Court in connection with allegations of disproportionate assets. He has challenged the Allahabad High Court’s orders in the Supreme Court. The High Court had directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to verify the allegations of disproportionate assets. The Congress leader has challenged this High Court order in the Supreme Court. The court will hear the case on August 17th.
