India-China relations are showing signs of improvement as NSA Ajit Doval and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks in Beijing on the long-pending border issue. The two sides discussed maintaining peace along the border, taking forward boundary delimitation talks and expanding cooperation.
