A Nepal flood survivor has revealed the horrifying conditions inside the Trishuli-3A hydropower tunnel. Worker Raj Chhetri claims hundreds were trapped after floodwaters entered the tunnel on August 26. Rescue operations, missing workers, alleged safety lapses, network shutdown, and serious questions over early warnings have raised concerns about the disaster and hydropower safety in Nepal.
