Barely a month after the devastating floods of August 26, Nepal has once again been struck by severe flooding. The country had not yet recovered from the previous disaster when another one befell it. Continuous rainfall since September 24 has triggered floods and landslides, causing massive destruction across several districts; more than 20 people have lost their lives so far, and 14 others have been confirmed missing.
