An FIR has been registered in Mumbai in connection with the CJP protest at Shivaji Park.
The case relates to allegations concerning the participation of children during the protest.
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has also taken cognizance of the matter.
Mumbai Police has registered the case under provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Maharashtra Police Act.
